Altelix, like many other manufacturers here in the US have been impacted by the global supply chain crisis. The past year was a challenge keeping up with customer demands for our products while working with our suppliers.
We are pleased to announce due to the hard work of our supply and procurement team we now have our manufacturing facility back to full capacity. But due to all the back orders and pre-orders we are currently processing, lead times for most of our “built-to-order” products currently have a much longer lead time than usual. Please note this is a temporary situation and our production staff is working hard to get our turn-around times back to normal.
At Altelix, we pride ourselves on offering the fastest turn around for our products, so we appreciate your patience. We would like to thank you for your business and support!
