Altelix Sponsors Robotic Team in the Florida FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship
Meet the TaterScots!
Altelix is the proud sponsor of the Upper School Robotics Team, Team #641, otherwise known as the TaterScots who participated in the Florida FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship.
This championship puts the TaterScots up against the top 50+ teams in the state. The team participated in eight matches within the Scot division and, in the end, earned themselves an invitation to participate in the subsequent division playoff matches. The team advanced to the final match of their league division, where they lost by only eight points.
Besides receiving awards for advancing to the finals within their division, they were also finalists for the Connect award, receiving third place.
