Extreme Protection Built to Last

The Altelix NF100808M NEMA 4X Weatherproof Enclosure is ideal for protecting equipment from harsh environments and tampering. This rugged NEMA box is molded from durable and UV resistant fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with a UL94-5V flame rating. It features a gasketed door with stainless steel continuous hinge and stainless steel quick release latches with padlock hasps.

This JIC style enclosure is dent-proof, corrosion resistant and UV stable. The FRP material is non-conductive and RF transparent. It is suitable for use in the harshest outdoor environments. It can be drilled and modified by the installer to suit unique site requirements.

Increased Interior Space
The NF100808 series enclosures feature an extra deep lid, almost 2 inches deeper than our NF100806 series enclosures. With the generous size of this enclosure and extended lid the NF100808 can accommodate a wide range of equipment.

No-Drill Non-Metallic Equipment Plate
This configuration consists of the FRP enclosure with hinged lid and a 1/4" thick non-metallic PVC plate for mounting and securing equipment. Due to the "No-Drill" design of this PVC plate, mounting radios and other equipment can be done simply by using self-tapping screws.

Wireless Compatibility
This RF transparent enclosure and non-metallic equipment mounting plate are ideal for wireless applications including WiFi, RFID, iOT, Cellular and more. The non-metallic materials will not interfere with the operation of wireless gear. The generous size of this enclosure will accommodate a wide range of equipment.

Mounting
Stainless steel brackets are included for secure wall mounting. Optional flange and pole mounting kits are available (see accessories above).
