Altelix Aimable Weatherproof Starlink® Mini NEMA 4X Directional Enclosures

The Altelix Starlink® Mini Aimable Weatherproof NEMA 4X Enclosure Series is designed to securely protect and deploy the Starlink® Mini in indoor and outdoor environments. Its rugged weatherproof construction, RF transparent design, and adjustable mounting system provide reliable protection while allowing optimal satellite reception.

Aimable Mounting System
A heavy duty cast aluminum tilt-n-swivel bracket allows precise vertical and horizontal adjustment for improved satellite connectivity. The enclosure can be wall mounted or pole mounted on poles and masts from 1" to 3" diameter, with optional bands available for larger poles.

Optimized for Starlink® Mini
The integrated RF transparent mounting system positions the Starlink® Mini at a 30° upward angle for enhanced reception and wireless coverage. Installation is simple with integrated cable routing and included retention strap for vibration-prone applications.

Rugged Weatherproof Protection
Constructed from UV resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, the enclosure is built for long-term outdoor use and meets NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 529 IP65, IP66 standards. Dual stainless steel latches, a tamper-resistant locking screw, and padlock provision help secure installed equipment.

Available Configurations
This enclosure series is available in multiple configurations to support different deployment needs:

• Non-Powered Enclosure
  This model is designed for installations where power is supplied externally. It provides a simple, cost-effective solution for users who already have an established power setup or require a fully customized power configuration.
  
  
• PoE Powered Enclosure
  The PoE version is designed for streamlined installations using a single Ethernet cable for both power and data. This configuration reduces wiring complexity and is ideal for network-integrated deployments where centralized power systems are preferred.
  
  Included are (2) PoE splitters which allow the Starlink® Mini to receive its power and data from a single Ethernet cable. The first splitter which is installed near a power source is connected to the Starlink® Mini's power supply as well as a router or PC. From this splitter an Ethernet cable up 825 feet (max length at 1000Mbps) can be ran to the enclosure and connected to the second splitter. This second splitter is then connected to the Starlink® Mini's power jack and Ethernet port.
  
  For added surge protection Altelix has available the ES1000-DIN Gigabit Ethernet PoE Surge Protector. Installing these protectors at each end of the Ethernet cable helps prevent damage from energy spikes that can be caused by lightning and other strong electrical power surges. To install the protector inside the enclosure a 35mm Top Hat DIN rail required and is available in the accessories section along with the ES1000-DIN surge protector.
  
  
• 120VAC Powered Enclosure
  This model includes integrated 120VAC outlets, providing a convenient and self-contained power solution. It simplifies installation by eliminating the need for additional external power components and is well suited for standard electrical installations.
  
  
• 120VAC Powered Enclosure with 50W Heater
  Designed for cold-weather environments, this version includes integrated 120VAC outlets along with a built-in 50W heater. The heater helps maintain a stable internal temperature, protecting equipment and ensuring reliable performance in low-temperature conditions.

Altelix offers additional customization options including power systems, mounting solutions, ventilation, cooling, heating, CNC modifications, and custom engineered enclosure solutions for specialized applications.
