Altelix Introduces Two New NF Series FRP Enclosures

Altelix is excited to announce two new additions to its NF Series FRP NEMA Enclosure line. Introducing the new NF162012 Series 16”x20”x12” enclosures and the NF201612 Series 20”x16”x12” series enclosures.

Extreme Protection Built to Last
Both these rugged JIC style NEMA enclosures are molded from durable UV stable and corrosion resistant fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with a UL94-5V flame rating. The FRP material is dent-proof, non-conductive and RF transparent for compatibility with wireless equipment. It can be easily drilled and modified by the installer as needed. These enclosures feature stainless steel hinges with high quality 316 steel hinge pins for lasting durability in even the harshest of coastal conditions. The gasketed door includes stainless steel quick release latches with padlock hasps.

Two Configurations to Choose From
These new NF series enclosures are available in two different configurations. The NF201612 series enclosures are 20” tall by 16” wide by 12” deep. This is a standard enclosure configuration and suitable for most applications. The NF162012 series enclosures are 16” tall by 20” wide by 12” deep. This configuration is ideal for installing wider horizontally mounted equipment in the enclosure or when vertical installation space for the enclosure is limited. It is also suitable for use with 19” wide equipment racks.

Enclosure Options
Both these series of enclosures are available with options that include 120VAC power, ventilation and thermostat controlled dual cool fans and/or 200W heating system. They are also available with RF transparent non-metallic no-drill equipment mounting plates.

Our in-house engineering team uses the latest solid modeling CAD software to ensure your modification requirements are precisely engineered. Using our 4-axis CNC machines, laser cutters and 3D printers which provide precise tolerances and repeatability, you can ensure your custom enclosure is done right and done fast!
